1 PM

Infamous Brewing Open House @Infamous Brewing

We built our initial brewhouse from the ground up. We also couldn’t afford a shiny new system without asking other people to pay for it. So piece by piece and part by part over a nine month period, we built the system that we are currently brewing on. Come take a look – it’s pretty cool what a few dudes, nine months and a bunch of beer can do! Kid & Dog Friendly. Live Music & Food Trucks.

Blurry Night Beer Release Party – Circle @Circle C Brewing

We’re releasing not only our NIGHTLIGHT Dry Irish Stout, but also our first beer blend, the Blurry Night, which is a mix of our BLUR Texas Hefe and NIGHTLIGHT Dry Irish Stout! We’re throwing a Beer Release Party at the brewery to celebrate those releases, so come out from 1-5pm to kick it with us and drink some brews.

Brewery Tour – Adelbert’s @Adelbert’s Brewing

Take a tour of Adelbert’s Brewery and sample beer fresh from the source. No reservations needed. Tours at approx. 1:45pm and approx. every 45 minutes after. Food trucks are on hand, with a TV, darts, foosball and A/C inside, and several picnic tables under our hand-built pergola outside. Kids welcome. Dogs welcome outside. If you have a glass from us, feel free to bring it with you for us to fill for $2 off! See our social media for updates on food trucks and any special beers being poured.

Meet the Brewer + Fresh Hop Tasting – Hops & Grain @Whole Foods Market – Domain

Meet the brains behind Hops & Grain’s delicious brews. Enjoy the flavor of fresh hops in your glass with each pour.

2 PM

Austin Zealots Party & Q&A Panel @Craft Pride

Craft Pride is throwing a shindig to celebrate Austin’s amazing homebrew community, which means we’ve got an Austin Zealots party on our hands. “ZEALOTS” stands for Zymurgic Enthusiasts of Austin Loosely Organized Through Suds, and this homebrew club, around since 1990, has given birth to many great professional Texas craft brewers. Learn more about the organization and try out — er, meet — these hombrew…ers.

Homebrewers and those interested in home brewing are encouraged to join a Q&A Forum in Craft Pride’s backyard to learn and share about home brewing. Moderated by Craft Pride’s own Certified Cicerone Tre Miner, this panel discussion features Austin Zealots’ “Primary & Secondary Fermenters” — aka Corey Martin and Dan & Joelle Dewberry, respectively.

Tapping, Tour + Meet the Maker – Austin Eastciders Smoked Brisket Cider @Austin Eastciders

Check out Austin Eastciders’ new Urban Cidery in the heart of East Austin, meet the crew, learn about the ciders and enjoy numerous limited release ciders available only at the cidery. Special tapping of a Smoked Brisket Cider – back in the day cider makers fed beef to their ferments to nourish the yeast. Austin Eastciders will be tapping a unique ‘Brisket Cider’ fermented in that traditional style with Micklethwait Craft Meats’ wonderful smoked brisket.

$12 ticket includes branded glass and cider samples. Reservation are not required. Food trucks will be onsite (pay as you go).

4 PM

Bottle Tasting by WhichCraft @SoCo Homebrew

WhichCraft, Austin’s first specialty craft beer-only bottle shop, will be doing tastings at SoCo Homebrew. Free Tasting Samples.

Beer & Cheese Pairing – Adelbert’s + Antonelli’s Cheese @Adelbert’s Brewery

Join two of Austin’s favorite local businesses as they come together to celebrate Austin Beer Week with a spectacular beer and cheese pairing! You’ll taste through five Adelber’s beers, including a brand new release, paired with five cheeses from Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. The pairing will also be complemented by ample accoutrements like Easy Tiger’s freshly-baked bread, olives, nuts, preserves, and more! Additionally, we’ll throw in a little education so you’ll be able to pair beer and cheese at your next gig like a pro. Tickets/ reservation $40 p/p. To get tickets and more information click here.

Tapping + Pint Night – (512) 6th Anniversary @Craft Pride
