Central Machine Works Releases Cans

You may have visited Central Machine Works for their beers recently, now you will be able to enjoy them on the comfort of your own patio. Starting on September 10th, they are  offering cans TO GO and cans for dine-in service! Their favorite house beers, the Lager, Citrus Pale Ale and Kolsch, are currently being offered.

Read the highlights of their press release below:

If you haven’t been to Central Machine Works, it is a brewery, beer hall, tap room with full bar and an outdoor beer garden. It is also a restaurant. CMW’s food menu puts a German twist on classic favorites.

Central Machine Works has implemented new social distancing guidelines in the sprawling beer hall and outdoor space, so guests can safely enjoy their food and beverage favorites. Please visit their website to book a table online and don’t forget your mask!

With their deep industry knowledge, Scott Rynbrandt and Jordan Bremer lead the brewery operation. “Our goal is to create and serve drinkable beers that people enjoy,” said Rynbrandt. “Now customers can enjoy our brews on tap and in cans–so if they can’t stay and join us, they can take Central Machine Works home.”

Flavor Profiles:

  • Central Machine Works house Citrus Pale Ale is full bodied with a smooth mouth feel.
  • If you’re looking for a light and refreshing beer, the Kolsch is it. A bridge between American hops and German hops, clean malts give it a biscuity flavor with slight apple and  fruit esters.

  • The American Lager is traditionally brewed with Flaked Maize and Willamette Hops.

If your fridge is anything like my fridge, it is always stocked with the local offerings from around town. I am happy to see another brewery offering cans to go. One more stop to add on our beer pick up days!
