The 39th Great American Beer Festival® (#GABF), the country’s preeminent beer festival and world’s largest professional beer competition is now the largest virtual beer event of the year. Originally planned for the end of September in Denver, officials were forced to cancel the in-person festival for the first time in its history due to the pandemic.
This year’s festival will take place via a two-day online experience that kicks off with the competition awards ceremony presentation. That’s right, the beer competition is taking place with breweries submitting beer from all over the world to be judged in one of the most renowned craft beer competitions in the world.
For the best experience, you’ll need a GABF Passport:

If you don’t have a passport, you can still attend the Competition Awards Ceremony Presentation hosted on The Brewing Network (open to the public): October 16 at 6:00 p.m. CT. GABF’s online programming features nine, 30-minute sessions with some of the best known and rising stars in brewing.
