Texas craft breweries and beer retailers are teaming up across the state to offer a limited edition souvenir glass this Saturday, November 28th

This Saturday Texas breweries, retailers, and craft-friendly bars and restaurants are promoting Small Business Saturday by offering a collectible souvenir beer glass for the second year in a row. This year’s beer can glass was illustrated by Texas-based artist Carra Skyes in partnership with Grandstand inspired by what most of us have felt during 2020, “What day is it?”

“Small Business Saturday is taking on new significance in 2020,” Texas Craft Brewers Guild Deputy Director Caroline Wallace said. “The story of craft beer in Texas is the story of small business, and if the economic repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic have taught us anything, it’s that it’s never been more important to support the local businesses in our communities. We hope going out and collecting this year’s limited edition glass—whether that’s on a curbside beer-to-go run or while enjoying some time in a socially distanced beer garden—will give folks a fun, safe, and easy way to support their favorite local brewery or beer retailer, a Texas artist, and the Texas Craft Brewers Guild.”

So this Saturday, visit one of the participating businesses, purchase your commemorative beer glass, and help #SaveTexas Breweries! A portion of the beer glass sales will benefit the Texas Craft Brewers Guild, an association of brewers advancing the Texas craft beer industry through advocacy and education.

Don’t forget to use your Texas Brewery Explorer mobile app, snap a selfie with your new glass and earn the Small Business Saturday passport stamp!
