Circle Brewing is now hiring part-time and full-time bartenders at our new Elgin taproom! This new location, lovingly called, “The Farm,” has a new and exciting vibe with an agricultural feeling. We will be open 7 days a week and specific availability is needed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We’re looking for bartenders who are passionate about serving and talking about great draft beer, engaging with guests in a fun, family-friendly environment, and who are detail-oriented and self-motivated. We’re looking for bartenders who are excited about both beer and coffee, and who love the outdoors.

 Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the taproom (sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, etc.)
• Serving both beer and making/serving coffee
• Lifting/moving/changing kegs
• A general understanding of draft beer lines
• Restocking supplies

Requirements:

• Interest in agriculture and working in the test garden
• TABC certified
• Food safety license
• Knowledge about craft beer
• Industry experience is not required, but strongly preferred
• 21 years or older
• Comfortable working independently on occasions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk the ¾ mile walking trail, and walk to the outdoor seating area
