The legislative battle over beer-to-go sales from breweries may be slowing down thanks to simple donations from specific distributors to specific people in charge. It is amazing how a little money can make someone not pass laws that actually help the small businesses of the state. Until then, any brewery, not licensed as a brewpub, will continue to be limited on selling to-go beer, something that all 49 other states allow. That brings us to label approvals, since they cannot sell them to-go through the brewery, all the beers have to get label approvals to hit shelves outside of their venues.
