I was somewhat expecting a brewery approval to come through from Bruery Terreux to cover all of The Bruery’s sour program, but that did not this week. I am guessing we will see that sometime in the near future.
As Flood has stated, we should start to see The Bruery in March 2016 for Austin. For the rest of Texas, it is still up in the air on when they will be seeing it. This will not be an Austin only beer though, but it will start in Austin.
