Time to Give Thanks…With Good Beer
This is a sponsored post in partnership with BrewStubs
We’re not sure how it happened but Turkey Day is just a few days away…Gobble, Gobble. We want to highlight a few great craft beer selections to pair with your Thanksgiving feast.
For the appetizer round you don’t want to get a full-on beer before the meal even starts, so we recommend Acopon Brewing’s Czech Pilsner. As an added bonus this one comes with a 20oz logo glass.
For the main course try Suds Monkey Brewing’s Moxey Monkey New England Style IPA. This beer is double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra hops. IPAs are win-wins: IPA’s won’t ravage your taste buds with bitterness, and they can still clean up the fat of the turkey.
Lastly, add a Tall City Brewing Jack Time Barleywine with your pumpkin pie. This is a beer which ages like a fine wine. Hop-forward at first, with beautiful tropical and citrus notes, it will transform into a deeper malty beer as it ages to create a truly unique flavor and aroma.
Beer Basted Turkey – Yes Please!
Along with the above-mentioned beer pairings, we want to share a fabulous Beer-Basted Turkey Recipe that is out of this world.
For the recipe, we recommend the Bell Springs Brewing Pale Ale package. Grab that 6 pack and a Bell Springs T-shirt. $18 off retail price. Check out the recipe.
