A Visit to the New Circle Brewing Location

Feature post by Sarah Haney

Circle Brewing in Elgin is not what you expect, and yet so much more than expected from your average Texas brewery!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly farmer prepping the fields. This isn’t your normal Texas brewery welcome, but that’s not what Circle is going for. Their new multi-acre space in Elgin is going to feature a full grain-to-glass experience with a dose of outdoor adventure.

They intend to grow as many ingredients as they can on their farmland to feature in beers on the tap wall. An experience the owners have dreamed of delivering to their beer lovers for many years. Visitors will enjoy a stroll along the field as you walk towards the brewery’s main entrance. And that is just where the fun begins.

The large open structure will feature a mix of covered patio seating and ample indoor space. At the time of writing, the building wasn’t complete inside, but if the beauty of the exterior is any indication, it will be a delightful space to enjoy a cold one. They didn’t stop there, though… as there is more to see and do at Circle Brewing in Elgin!

For beer-loving parents, there will be a designated playground area for the kids. Parents can enjoy a beer without chasing their littles all over. We can all raise a glass to that!

And for you hop-head hikers, the property features a trail around the grounds to let you enjoy nature, stop for a drink among the trees, and view their on-site apiary.

And remember that field mentioned at the beginning? Guests will get to meander among vines and rows of on-site-grown produce to deepen the experience.

Overall, Circle Brewing in Elgin is going to be a worthwhile destination, delivering a variety of things to do and beers you cannot get anywhere else. It will be a special Texas brewery experience as only the amazing Circle Brewing team can deliver.
