Banger’s 12th Anniversary Safari Party & Beer Festival!
Coming this Saturday, August 3rd, Banger’s will be celebrating their 12th Anniversary Party!
If you know Banger’s, then you know they throw a grand celebration for many events. This anniversary party is no different. They will be featuring five exotic sausages, all cooked live fire on the property, special beer collaborations, a beer garden turned safari den, and really just trying to do what they’ve been doing for 12 years and show everyone a real good time.
This event is open to the public and there is no purchase necessary to enter the restaurant and hear the live music. Their regular menu will also be available all day and your kids (they will *love* the decor for this party) & pets are welcome as always, so bring the whole family!

Sausage Stations Open: 11am – 4pm
Hours: Music from 12pm – 11pm
What: Guests can purchase a $30 ticket which gets them 5 special mini sausages + 1 pint of collaboration beer or a non-alcoholic beverage of their choice.
EXOCTIC SAUSAGES:
Elk Sausage: A tantalizing blend of elk meat and pork infused with a medley of spices, dark cherries, and red wine. Served on a Martin potato roll and topped with our special sauerkraut.
Turtle Sausage: A unique fusion of turtle meat and pork blended with zesty jalapeños, garlic, and a harmonious mix of spices. Served on a Martin potato roll, po’ boy style, with fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and a tangy remoulade.
Smoked Camel Sausage: Experience the exotic flavors of camel meat and pork blended with a unique harissa spice mix, delivering a bold and smoky taste. Served on a bed of rice, topped with a creamy yogurt sauce, and finished with a fiery habanero oil drizzle.
Bison Hot Dog: Indulge in the robust flavors of bison, beef, and pork combined with a blend of paprika, white & cayenne pepper, allspice, mace, and garlic, delivering a savory and spiced experience. Topped with classic yellow mustard and crisp white onions, served on a Martin potato roll.
Wild Boar Sausage: Experience the bold flavors of boar and pork combined with a tantalizing blend of brown sugar, black pepper, garlic, paprika, Arbol chilis, and biscuit crumbs, all infused with a tangy BBQ sauce. Topped with a delectable BBQ glaze and creamy goat cheese, served on a Martin potato roll, and accompanied by our house made BBQ chips.
BEER COLLABORATIONS:
They’ll have 5 different exclusive beers in which they’ve collaborated with local breweries to make a unique beer just for them.They will again be featuring Austin Beerworks Bolo Buddy that was brewed for their recent Sausage Showdown & Country Hoedown, but here are four others we will tap for the party!
