Friends and Allies Announces Closure
After weeks of speculation and rumors, Friends and Allies Brewing has announced it will be closing permanently after eight years in a social media post. Rumors began spreading around the end of summer that the brewery was already closed, those rumors mainly coming from other social media platforms like Reddit. Members of the CraftBeerAustin.com team visited several times over the past few months and things appeared to be operating normally. However, today the brewery announced on social media they will be pouring beer for the last time this Saturday at the brewery starting at noon.
