Fundraiser for Jeff Marlin at Austin Beerworks Organized in Partnership with TransPak

Thanks to all of your generous donations, the event raised over $7,000 for Soldiers Angels
A beloved member of the Texas craft beer community needs your support. On August 14 of this year, Jeff Marlin was vacationing with his family when he jumped into the river for a swim with his kids. Unknowingly, he hit a rock and suffered a traumatic neck and spinal injury, and was immediately taken to the hospital by life flight where he underwent several major surgeries. Jeff worked at TransPak where he helped build and maintain many local brewing operations, “Jeff was a huge part of the craft beer scene here in Central TX. His expertise, hard work, and keen eye have helped to build, maintain and grow many operations in the central TX brewing and Manufacturing industries,” said a TransPak representative.
TransPak and Austin Beerworks have teamed up with other volunteers to put together a fundraiser benefitting Jeff’s recovery.
