Hillhops | A Celebration of Texas Beer History

Location: Munday Library on the St. Edward’s University Campus (3001 S. Congress Ave.) 

Hillhops: A Celebration of Texas Beer History returns to the Munday Library at St. Edward’s University in Austin on Thursday, January 22, from 4:30-8:00. Over 25 breweries will be in attendance, pouring samples of their beers.  The event will include 2 panel discussions (“Graphic Design in Breweries” and “Latinx Leaders in Brewing”), and brewing-related historical exhibits from the SEU archives and private collectors. Light snacks will be available as well. Hillhops is an award-winning annual event on the St. Edward’s University campus that provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and members of the public to learn about the Texas Craft Brewing scene, browse the archives, network with industry pros, and taste a few brews.

Parking: FREE. Use this link, click the event parking tab, enter your info and claim code: HOPS. Once you have filled out the information and clicked the “Start” button you will receive a confirmation email. A campus parking map can be found here. Munday Library is on the west side of campus. We suggest parking in lots C, A1, A2, or L.
