Last Stand Brewing Company Closing This Weekend

Last Stand Brewing Company has announced on instagram that they will be closing, with their final opening day on Sunday, October 13th.  Last Stand started in Dripping Springs off of Fitzhugh Rd. in 2015, before moving to a larger location on South Congress in 2020.  In 2023, the back room was converted into a small pickleball facility.  The reason for closure is not yet known.  In the wake of the Thirsty Planet debacle, SoCo Homebrew, Austin’s only dedicated homebrew shop, relocated to the inside of Last Stand’s taproom – and at the moment their future is also unknown.  We will provide more information as it becomes available – but in the meantime, be sure to visit Last Stand in the next 4 days before they close.
