Round Rock brewery Bluebonnet Beer Company expanded its taproom to include a new 1000+ square foot air-conditioned beer hall. The new expansion allowed the brewery to also expand its hours to include Sundays. New hours are Thu-Fri 5-9 pm, Sat 12-9 pm and Sun 12-6 pm.
