The numbers are quite a bit lower this week than last week – which is to be expected with the holidays. I expect next week’s to be similar. With that said, 903 Brewers and Karbach Brewing both received approvals for new barrel aged bottles. 903, also, has announced distribution to the Austin area (with this bottle included). The base beer for this received a silver medal in this year’s GABF, so it is definitely one

In this week’s TABC label approvals there are a couple new ones from Cali breweries – Knee Deep and Helm’s have received their first label approvals. As for Texas breweries, this is the first approval from Wild Acre (out of Fort Worth) which looks to be going the bottling and kegging route. As for specific beers, the Firestone Walker Barrel Works beer sounds delicious as always. Breckenridge is also coming out with a whiskey barrel aged holiday beer. This

In this week’s TABC label and brewery approvals, Alpine is back with some more 12 oz bottles. Their bombers have started showing up around Texas over the last month, but it looks like they will start sending in their smaller format bottles. Karbach, Four Corners and Lakewood are also bringing out more canned beer. Along with this, Lakewood also received approval for this year’s Bourbon Barrel Temptress. Southerleigh also looks to get into bottling. This will be
