Happy beer award season! Congratulations to the Bear King Brewing team for bringing home the most recent Texas awards!

Even through a pandemic, the resilient craft beer industry continues to grow and find innovative solutions for success. There are competitions for home brewers and professional brewery’s beers, but what about that vibrant can label that catches our eye and convinces us to grab a 6 pack? As the beer industry continues to step up their design game we see how a gorgeous taproom, interactive website, and can design or unique logo can make all the difference in standing out from the crowd. Two marketers saw the need to recognize the innovative creative efforts breweries were taking to promote their products by creating the Craft Beer Marketing Awards.

What are the Craft Beer Marketing Awards?

Established in 2019 the Craft Beer Marketing Awards aim to recognize the best of the best in the brewing industry’s marketing world. Categories include “Best Can Design”, “Best Website Design”, “Social Media Influencer of the Year”, and many more. Biggest news? 2021 they’re going global!

Texas, ya’ll!

Our friends at Bear King Brewing in Marble Falls did a phenomenal job representing Texas and the creativity that thrives here! Bear King Brewing brought home 4 total Crushie Awards (as the CBMA refers to them).

Judges

Per CBMA representatives, “All categories are judged by an influential and respected panel of over 150 beer, marketing, and design experts. The CBMAS judging process is a robust, credible, and transparent digital scoring system.” Austin’s own Amy Cartright, Co-Founder & President of Independence Brewing was on the illustrious judging panel this year. Fellow Austinite and talented Black is Beautiful beer logo creator, Kevin Dyer of KD Design will be on the panel of prestigious judges for 2021. Talk about “influential and respected”!
