It appears that the TABC has finally gotten their acts together (as far as label approvals go….everything else is still a mess). Hops & Grain received a couple of approvals within 48 hours and St. Elmo had a turnaround on one label of less than 24 hours. Christine Celis, daughter of Pierre Celis is restoring her fathers legacy in Austin Texas. Pierre Celis revived the Belgian Wit beer in Hoegaarden Belgium in 1966.
