Pinthouse Brewing Collaborates with Artist Alannah Tiller for Juneteenth Beer

For the third year in a row, Pinthouse Brewing is honoring Juneteenth by releasing a collaboration brew with Central Texas artist, Alannah Tiller.

Sunday, June 18th at noon you can purchase 4-packs of 16oz cans of their Starlit Rosé Lager (5.2% ABV) at all locations. To add to the wins, a portion of the proceeds for Starlit will be donated to the African American Youth Harvest Foundation.

The Pinthouse Brewing location is hosting a Makers Market with live music to commemorate the special release Sunday from noon to 4pm.

According to History.com, “Juneteenth (short for “June Nineteenth”) marks the day when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas in 1865 to take control of the state and ensure that all enslaved people be freed. The troops’ arrival came a full two and a half years after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Juneteenth honors the end of slavery in the United States and is considered the longest-running African American holiday.”
