Sigma, a brewery who has their official opening at the end of this month in Houston, is currently winning on the number of labels approved before opening. This looks like a much more productive week for the TABC label approvals. After last week, we had an approval for Oskar Blues BA Ten Fidy that was an Austin can. This week, we have approval for the CO version of the can. We will be seeing the CO distribution of this beer, but the Austin facility will not be making (at least for this year). Finally…after years of talk about when it was going to happen, Real Ale has received bottle approval for four of their Mysterium Verum bottles. I have no real info on the release date for these, but it is good to see that they are moving forward with them.
