Circle Brewing Co. Announces Bankruptcy and Closure Today Circle Brewing Co. announced bankruptcy and plans to close both locations. Circle Brewing was started by childhood friends Ben Sabel and Judson Mulherin who singled out Austin as the location to open their brewery in 2011.
