Circle Brewing Co. Announces Bankruptcy and Closure Today Circle Brewing Co. announced bankruptcy and plans to close both locations. Circle Brewing was started by childhood friends Ben Sabel and Judson Mulherin who singled out Austin as the location to open their brewery in 2011. Hedgehog Brewing Announces Closure After four years in business, Cedar Park’s Hedgehog Brewing will cease operations in July. Brewery co-founder Jonathan Harris announced the closing on Instagram Thursday evening.
